Common use of Shared Resources Clause in Contracts

Shared Resources. Each signing organization will share resources as appropriate. This sharing of resources may include, but not be limited to offering transition, training and/or evaluation space to the other organization, sharing results of testing and evaluations with parent permission, working together on committees to improve the process for families, attendance at State trainings on transitions.
