Common use of Shared Equipment Clause in Contracts

Shared Equipment. The Facility will consist of, or have the right to use, the components of the Phase I Facility, the Phase III Facility and certain other generating and related facilities to be developed by Seller and/or its Affiliates (other than the turbines) required to deliver Products to the Delivery Point (the “Shared Equipment”). The Shared Equipment will be shared with the Phase I Facility, the Phase III Facility and such other facilities and will include the following: • Offshore converter platform • Export cables • Inter-array cables • Onshore converter substation • Onshore routing • Point of interconnection substation MW PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “First Amendment”) is entered into as of May 23, 2022 (the “Amendment Date”), by and between Massachusetts Electric Company and Nantucket Electric Company d/b/a National Grid, a Massachusetts corporation (“Buyer”), and Mayflower Wind Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”). Buyer and Seller are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
