Common use of Shared Areas Clause in Contracts

Shared Areas. If there are areas or rooms on the premises that will be available to the Roommates to access and use privately or as a group then select the sixth checkbox and define all shared areas available to the Roommates as well as any rules of behavior that must be complied with.
