Share Commitment Sample Clauses

The Share Commitment clause establishes the obligation of parties to allocate, subscribe to, or maintain a specified number or percentage of shares in a company. Typically, this clause outlines the minimum shareholding each party must retain, the process for fulfilling share purchase commitments, and any consequences for failing to meet these obligations. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties remain invested in the company as agreed, thereby supporting stability in ownership structure and aligning the interests of stakeholders.
