The structure of the company's capital equity contained in the articles of association and the amendments to the articles of association registered with the Registrar of Companies is completely consistent with the records of the articles of association and the amendments to the articles of association provided by the company to investors, and it is true, complete and accurate to reflect the company's share capital structure, and there is no false capital contribution.
