Shades Sample Clauses
Shades awnings, or window guards shall not be used except with the written approval of the landlord.
Shades blinds and curtains installed by any tenant shall be of the material, style, form and color adopted by Landlord for the building, and no tenant shall put up any that do not conform to such standard. Tenants shall have the right to remove such shades, blinds and curtains at the expiration of the lease.
Shades draperies or other forms of inside window covering must be of such shape, color and material as are approved by Landlord.
Shades. All window shades and window treatments shall be standardized as per Landlord’s requirement to maintain a conformity for the benefit of the entire Building. Blinds shall not be used.
