SFE Calculation. In the event that GCWSD modifies any SFE Equivalent which GCWSD may apply with respect to any property or project within the boundaries of GCWSD, Owners, or any of them, shall be allowed, but not required, to utilize the lowest SFE Equivalent used by GCWSD for purposes of determining the adequacy of water and sanitary sewer resources to serve the Project.
