Several Obligations of the Funds and the Series. With respect to any obligations of a Fund on its own behalf or on behalf of any of its Series arising out of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the obligations arising under Sections 3.28, 6.03, 6.04 and Article VII hereof, the Custodian shall look for payment or satisfaction of any obligation solely to the assets and property of the applicable Fund or Series to which such obligation relates as though each Fund had separately contracted with the Custodian by separate written instrument on its own behalf and with respect to each of its Series.
