Common use of Severability; Partial Invalidity Clause in Contracts

Severability; Partial Invalidity. If any term or provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
