Common use of Severability of Terms Clause in Contracts

Severability of Terms. If any one or more of the covenants, agreements or terms of the Trust Agreement shall be for any reason whatsoever held invalid, then such covenants, agreements or terms shall be deemed severable from the remaining covenants, agreements or terms of the Trust Agreement and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the other terms of the Trust Agreement or of the Units or the rights of the Holders thereof.
