Common use of Settlement Transactions Clause in Contracts

Settlement Transactions. The parties shall consummate the following transactions on the date of this Settlement Agreement: (a) The Employment Agreement between Dart and RSH, dated August 1, 1993 (the "Employment Agreement"), shall be amended to increase to One Hundred Forty Dollars ($140) per share the exercise price of the option to purchase the Option Shares provided for in the Employment Agreement.
