General Authorization. During the term of this agreement, BBB grants you a nonexclusive, non-assignable and nontransferable license to advertise your BBB accreditation and use BBB trademarks only as set out in this agreement. You agree that BBB trademarks may not be otherwise used, copied, reproduced, or altered in any manner.
General Authorization. Any and all actions heretofore or hereafter taken by the Trustee, the Collateral Agent, the Issuer, any Guarantor and/or any officer, director, member, manager, partner, employee, contractor, Affiliate, attorney, representative and/or agent of any of the foregoing consistent with the intent and purpose of the matters approved or consented to in this Consent are hereby ratified, confirmed, approved and consented to in all respects.
General Authorization. If you authorize anyone to use your access code in any manner that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union and changing your access code immediately. You are responsible for any transactions made by such persons until you notify us that transactions and access by that person are no longer authorized and your access code is changed. If you fail to maintain or change the security of your access code, you are responsible for any losses resulting from such failure and may terminate your services immediately.
General Authorization. Each Lender authorizes and directs Administrative Agent to enter into the Credit Documents for the Lender Liens and agrees that any action taken by Administrative Agent concerning any Collateral (with the consent or at the request of Required Lenders) in accordance with any Credit Document, that Administrative Agent's exercise (with the consent or at the request of Required Lenders) of powers concerning the Collateral in any Credit Document and that all other reasonably incidental powers are authorized and binding upon all Lenders.
General Authorization. By executing the DPA, the Customer further grants Aircall with a general authorization to engage other Sub-processors, add or replace the Sub-processors in the list. In case the list of Sub-processors is modified by Aircall, Customer will be informed of any intended changes via email address associated with the Customer’s Account. This information will clearly indicate which processing activities are being subcontracted out, the name and contact details of the sub-processor and the dates of the subcontract.
General Authorization. Company agrees that TD may authorize third-parties to Process the Company Personal Data on its behalf in connection with fulfilling TD’s obligations under the Agreement and/or this DPA. The Subprocessors that are currently authorized to access and Process Company Personal Data are listed here (“Subprocessor List”). This URL may change if TD updates its website or client-facing documentation, in which case Company will be notified of the change.
General Authorization. Epicor hereby grants to Partner, to the extent authorized under the Partner Authorization Letter, a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to market and resell Products to and/or perform Services (as an authorized partner) for Customers and prospective Customer in the Territory. Partner may not collect orders or receive payments for Products or Services from any Customer located outside the Territory. Epicor reserves the right to discontinue developing, producing, manufacturing, licensing or distributing any of the Products and to modify, replace or add to the Products in its discretion at any time. Partner has no right to receive, review or otherwise use or have access to Product source code.

Photographer provides a general authorization for the use of subprocessors to Process Photographer Personal Data in connection with fulfilling Flickr’s obligations under the Agreement and/ or this DPA.
