Settlement of Personnel Costs. 5.1 Salaries and wages of personnel stipulated in Article 3 hereof and the expenses stipulated in Articles 4.1.1, 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 hereof shall all be settled by the Operator with CUCBM. If the Operator has provided CUCBM Personnel with working meals and transportation, no expenses specified in Article 4.1.1 hereof shall be paid to CUCBM.

If the Operator has provided CUCBM Personnel with working meals and transportation, no expenses specified in Article 4.1.1 hereof shall be paid to CUCBM.
