Common use of Settlement of Disputes and Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Disputes and Arbitration. The Parties agree to make best efforts to settle all disputes among themselves connected with this Agreement as a matter of normal business under this Agreement. The procedures set forth in Section 10 of the Power Management and Administrative Services Agreement shall apply to all disputes that cannot be settled by the Participants themselves; provided, that the provisions of Section 9.4 shall first apply to all disputes involving invoices prepared by NCPA.
