VALIDITY OF BIDS. Price shall be valid for {90 days} from the date of reverse auction. These shall not be subjected to any change whatsoever.
VALIDITY OF BIDS. Bids shall be valid for at least 120 days after the date of price bid opening prescribed by the DFPCL. A bid valid for a shorter period may be rejected at the discretion of DFPCL. In exceptional circumstances, DFPCL may solicit the bidder’s consent to an extension of the period of validity. The request and responses thereto shall be made in writing. The bids shall be suitably extended where it is necessary at the request of DFPCL. Where bidder is unwillingly to extend the validity period, his bid shall be deemed to be invalid and the EMD would be returned to the bidder. No bidder shall be permitted to modify his bid, after commercial bids have been opened unless asked by DFPCL due to change in specifications / scope or otherwise.
