Settlement Administrator’s Declaration Clause Samples

The Settlement Administrator’s Declaration is a clause that requires the settlement administrator to formally attest to the actions taken in administering a settlement. Typically, this involves submitting a written statement to the court or parties, detailing steps such as distributing settlement funds, notifying class members, and handling claims. This clause ensures transparency and accountability in the settlement process by providing an official record of the administrator’s compliance with the settlement terms.
