Set-Up Needs. The Contractor must set up a space in the Exhibitors’ Area for each registered Exhibitor. The minimum set up for each exhibitor space is one (1) 8’ skirted table with linens and two (2) chairs.
Set-Up Needs. The Contract Vendor shall provide an area for up to fifteen (15) exhibitors (10’ x 10’ space per exhibitor). This area must be in a private or semi-private area within proximity of the conference rooms and not located in a pool area. The area must be available by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. This area shall be available at any time throughout the conference (24 hours a day). All exhibitors must have internet capabilities and electrical access upon request for purchase. The exhibitor’s area can either be in a foyer or pre-function space near the General Session Room or within the General Session Room. Each exhibitor will require one (1) 6’ or 8’ skirted table with two (2) chairs.
