Session Musicians Clause Samples

The SESSION MUSICIANS clause defines the terms under which additional musicians, not part of the main band or artist, are hired to perform during recording sessions or live performances. It typically outlines who is responsible for selecting, hiring, and paying these musicians, and may specify whether their fees are included in the overall production budget or treated as separate expenses. This clause ensures clarity regarding the involvement and compensation of session musicians, preventing disputes over costs and responsibilities during the production process.
Session Musicians the Licensor confirms that there are no session player fees to pay with regard to the original recording of the track and that the musicians were paid a one off fee at the time of the recording.
