Common use of Servicing Report Clause in Contracts

Servicing Report. On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Collateral Custodian, a monthly statement (a “Servicing Report”) including (i) a calculation of the Borrowing Base as of the most recent date of determination, with respect to the related calendar month, (ii) an updated Receivables List, and (iii) such other pool portfolio data and information as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time, signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the Trustee, each Purchaser Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Collateral Custodianany Liquidity Bank, a monthly statement including a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Determination Date (a “Servicing Report”) including (i) a calculation of the Borrowing Base as of the most recent date of determination), with respect to the related calendar month, (ii) an updated Receivables List, and (iii) such other pool portfolio data and information as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time, month signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
