Common use of Servicing Report Clause in Contracts

Servicing Report. On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Borrower, the Trustee, the Administrative Agent and the Liquidity Bank, a monthly statement determined as of the related Determination Date (a “Servicing Report”), signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto (as such form may be amended from time to time by such changes as are mutually agreeable to the Servicer, the Trustee and the Administrative Agent) and, in addition, a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Measurement Date.

Servicing Report. On each Reporting Date, the Servicer will provide to the Borrower, the TrusteeSeller, the Administrative Agent Agent, each Purchaser Agent, the Trustee and the Backup Servicer and any Liquidity Bank, a monthly statement determined as of the related Determination Date (a “Servicing Report”), signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and the Borrower Seller and substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto (as such form may be amended from time to time by such changes as are mutually agreeable to the Servicer, the Trustee Servicer and the Administrative Agent) and, in addition, a Borrowing Base calculated as of the most recent Measurement Date.
