Services to Existing Tenants. At Owner's expense, Manager shall perform services for tenants of the Project which are normally provided to tenants of other first class buildings in the area or which are specifically requested by Owner. Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to render such services to tenants of the Project in an effort to minimize any cost to Owner and in a manner that is consistent with the standards set forth in this Agreement.
