Common use of Services to be Performed by the Wrecker Contractor Clause in Contracts

Services to be Performed by the Wrecker Contractor. Wrecker Contractor shall provide to the CITY those services specified in its response to Formal Proposal Number – 210382, which are incorporated herein by this reference the same as if it were fully set forth. Any additional requirements as set out in the City of Wichita request for proposal letting process for 210392 shall be included as Addendum D to this agreement.
