Services Term. The “Services Term” is the period during which Buyer is obligated to purchase Products Delivered to Buyer by Seller, commencing on the Commercial Operation Date and continuing for a period of fifteen (15) years from the Commercial Operation Date, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof.
