SERVICES OFFERED FOR RESALE. A. The services offered under these terms and conditions are any and all features, functions and capabilities that are separately offered by the Telephone Company to end users under the regulations, terms and conditions of D.P.U.D.P.U. Mass. No. 10, except for public and semipublic telephone service, and in accordance with the following limitations. 1. Services that are sold to Telephone Company end users only in conjunction with the purchase of basic dial tone service will be available for resale only in conjunction with the resale of basic dial tone service and not on a stand alone basis.
