Services Managers. Each party will each select a separate services manager (a “Services Manager”) for each Project Statement, with each such Services Manager to be identified in the applicable Project Statement, to act as its primary contact person for the provision or receipt, as applicable, of the Services hereunder. All communications relating to the provision of the Services will be directed to the Services Manager of the other party. The Services Managers of the parties will meet periodically, no less than quarterly, to discuss the status of the Services.
