eBay. The person designated as the eBay Services Manager on Schedule E (the “eBay Services Manager”) will serve as the primary point of contact for FairMarket for matters related to this Agreement. eBay may replace the eBay Services Manager with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by notifying FairMarket of such new appointment.
