Services Managers. Each Party will select (a) a Lead Services Manager (a “Lead Services Manager”) who will oversee the provision or receipt, as applicable, of all of the Services hereunder and (b) a separate Services Manager for each Service with each such Services Manager to be identified in the applicable Service Schedule (a “Services Manager”), to act as the primary contact person for the provision or receipt, as applicable, of the respective Services hereunder. All communications relating to the provision of the Services with respect to a particular Service will be directed to the Services Manager of the other Party for such Service, with a copy being sent to each Lead Services Manager. Each party shall have the right at any time and from time to time to replace its Lead Services Manager or Services Manager for a particular Service by giving notice in writing to the other party. The Services Managers of the Parties, together with the Lead Services Manager, will meet periodically, but no less than quarterly, at a mutually agreed upon time to discuss the status of the Services.

A party may change its Services Manager or Project Managers upon prior written notice to the other party. GroceryCo’s Services Manager will initially be Jan Ziskasen, and SnackCo’s Services Manager will initially be Xxxx Xxxxxxxx. The initial Project Managers for each Service will be set forth in the each Project Statement. The Services Managers of the parties will meet periodically, no less than quarterly, to discuss the status of the Services.
Services Managers. Provider appoints and designates Xxxx Xxxx, and Recipient appoints and designates Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, to act as their respective initial Services manager(s) and shall each designate alternative, successor or additional Services managers, as applicable, in the event that a designated Services manager is not available to perform such role hereunder (each such person in respect of a Party, a “Services Manager”). Each Services Manager will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery or receipt of the Services and will have the authority to act on such Party’s behalf with respect to matters relating to this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, all communications relating to routine matters involving this Agreement and the Services, including the termination of any Service, will be directed to the applicable Services Manager or Services Managers of each Party, with copies delivered in accordance with Section 11.4.
Services Managers. Service Provider and Recipient shall select one or more service managers (each a “Service Manager”) to act as its primary contact person(s) for the provision or receipt, as applicable, of the Services. Communications relating to the provision of the particular Services shall be directed to the applicable Service Manager of the other party. A party may change a Service Manager upon prior written notice to the other party, provided, however, that, before assigning a new Service Manager, such party will notify the other of the proposed assignment, introduce the individual to the appropriate representatives of the other party and provide such party with any information regarding the individual that may be reasonably requested by the other party. Service Provider’s Service Manager shall initially be Xxxxx Xxxxxx. Recipient’s Service Manager shall initially be Xxxx Xxxx.
Services Managers. Management Services will designate a dedicated services account manager (the “CCU Services Manager”) who will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of the Services and will have authority to act on the CCU Group’s behalf with respect to the Services. Outdoor will designate a dedicated services account manager (the “Outdoor Services Manager”) who will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of the Services and will have authority to act on the Outdoor Group’s behalf with respect to the Services. The CCU Services Manager and the Outdoor Services Manager will work together to address the Outdoor Group’s issues and the parties’ relationship under this Agreement.
Services Managers. Each Party will each appoint a single “Services Manager” for each Service. The initial Services Manager for each Party will be identified in the applicable Service Schedule and will serve as the primary point of contact for the other Party for matters related to such Service. Either Party may replace any of its Services Managers with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by notifying the other Party of such new appointment.

Services Managers. Each of the Parties shall appoint and designate to act as its services manager hereunder (each such person in respect of a Party, a “Services Manager”). Each Services Manager (a) will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery or receipt of the applicable Services and (b) shall be the principal point of contact for the Parties for all matters relating to the applicable Services. Each month during the term of this Agreement (or such other period as agreed between the Parties), the Services Managers for both Parties will meet to coordinate and manage the delivery or receipt of, and review any changes or other issues relating to, the Services. Any Party may replace its Services Manager at any time and for any reason and, upon any such replacement, the applicable Party shall provide written notice to the other Party of such replacement.
Services Managers. Management Services will designate a dedicated services account manager (the “CCU Services Manager”) who will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of the Services and will have authority to act on the CCU Group’s behalf with respect to the Services. Entertainment will designate a dedicated services account manager (the “Entertainment Services Manager”) who will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the receipt of the Services by the Entertainment Group and will have authority to act on the Entertainment Group’s behalf with respect to the Services. The CCU Services Manager and the Entertainment Services Manager will work together to address the parties’ relationship and issues under this Agreement.
Services Managers. (a) Agilent hereby appoints and designates the individual holding the Agilent position set forth on Exhibit I to act as its initial services manager (the “Agilent Services Manager”), who will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of the Agilent Services and have authority to act on Agilent’s behalf with respect to matters relating to the provision of Services under this Agreement. The Agilent Services Manager will work with the personnel of the Agilent Group to periodically address issues and matters raised by the Keysight Group relating to the provision of Services under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 8.07, all communications from Keysight to Agilent pursuant to this Agreement regarding routine matters involving a Service shall be made through the Agilent Services Manager or such other individual as may be specified by the Agilent Services Manager in accordance with Section 8.07 (such other individual, the “Agilent Local Service Manager”). Agilent shall notify Keysight of the appointment of a different Agilent Services Manager or Agilent Local Service Manager(s), if necessary, in accordance with Section 8.07.
