SERVICES MANAGEMENT. EMC and VMware each agree to appoint one of their respective employees who will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the delivery of Services, including making available the services of appropriately qualified employees and resources to enable the provision of the Services (each, a “Services Manager”). The Services Managers will consult and coordinate with each other regarding the provision of Services.
