Common use of Services License Clause in Contracts

Services License. Upon payment of fees and subject to continuous compliance with this Agreement, SolarWinds ITSM hereby grants You a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to access, use, and install (if applicable) the Services, Software, and Documentation during the Term (defined below). You may provide, make available to, or permit Your Users to use or access the Services, the Software, or Documentation, in whole or in part. You agree that SolarWinds ITSM may deliver the Services or Software to You with the assistance of its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers. During the Term (as defined herein), SolarWinds ITSM may update or modify the Services or Software or provide alternative Services or Software at any time, although such modifications should not materially reduce the level of performance of the Services or Software during the Term.
