Common use of Services License Clause in Contracts

Services License. As between you and ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ or its affiliates or licensors own and reserve all right, title, and interest in and to the Services. Pax8 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable license to access and use the Services solely in accordance with this Agreement during the Term. Except as provided in this Section 9.3, you obtain no rights under this Agreement from Pax8 or its licensors to the Services, including any related intellectual property rights.
