Common use of Services Generally Clause in Contracts

Services Generally. Fiserv, itself and through its affiliates, agrees to provide Client, and Client agrees to obtain from Fiserv services ("Services") and products ("Products") (collectively, "Fiserv Services") described in the attached Exhibits: Exhibit A - Account Processing Services Exhibit B - Item Processing Services Exhibit H - Additional Services (Disaster Recovery) Exhibit O - Internet Banking Services The Exhibits set forth specific terms and conditions applicable to the Services and/or Products, and, where applicable, the Fiserv affiliate so performing. Client may select additional services and products from time to time by incorporating an appropriate Exhibit to this Agreement.
