Common use of SERVICES; DUTIES Clause in Contracts

SERVICES; DUTIES. Executive shall have the normal duties, responsibilities and authority of a Chief Executive Officer, subject to the power of the Company's Board of Directors to expand or limit such duties, responsibilities and authority. The Executive shall devote as much of his time and effort to the business of the Company as is required to perform his duties and responsibilities hereunder in a satisfactory manner. The Executive shall perform the duties and obligations required of the Executive hereunder in a competent, efficient and satisfactory manner at such hours and under such conditions as the performance of such duties and obligations may require.
