Servicer Records and Servicer Reports. listing the Lease Vehicles leased to the Lessee on or about the date on which the publication procedure is carried out. Furthermore, the Servicer agrees to deliver to the French Security Trustee and the Issuer Security Trustee evidence that the publication has been made with the competent French commercial register (greffe du tribunal de commerce) in respect of any and all leases of Lease Vehicles in force as that Payment Date.
