Common use of Servicer Certificate Clause in Contracts

Servicer Certificate. On or before the close of business on each Determination Date prior to the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture with respect to the Collateral, the Servicer shall make available to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuing Entity, the Administrator, the Closed-End Administrative Agent, the Closed-End Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee and the Paying Agent at hxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/, or such other website or distribution service or provider as the Servicer shall designate by written notice to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuing Entity, the Administrator, the Closed-End Administrative Agent, the Closed-End Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee and the Paying Agent, a Servicer Certificate reflecting information as of the close of business of the Servicer for the immediately preceding Closed-End EN Collection Period containing the information described in Section 8.3 of the Indenture. For the avoidance of doubt, such information shall include any Benchmark related information as described in Section 8.3(b) of the Indenture.
