Benchmark Replacement; Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes. Upon receipt of notice from the Trust of the determination of a Benchmark Replacement and/or the making of any Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes, the Servicer will include in the Servicer’s Certificate any information regarding the Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement, the Benchmark Replacement Adjustment and any such Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes provided by the Trust.
