Servicer Bound by Servicing Agreement. (a) The Servicer shall continue to be bound by all provisions of the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Transaction Units allocated to the Transaction SUBI Portfolio, including the provisions of Article II thereof relating to the administration and servicing of Leases; and the provisions set forth herein shall operate either as additions to or modifications of the existing obligations of the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement, as the context may require. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Transaction SUBI Servicing Supplement and the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Transaction SUBI, the provisions of this Transaction SUBI Servicing Supplement shall prevail.

Servicer Bound by Servicing Agreement. (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided herein: (i) the Servicer shall continue to be bound by all provisions of the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Leases, Leased Vehicles and other associated Trust Assets in the 1998-A SUBI Portfolio, including without limitation the provisions of Article Two thereof relating to the administration and servicing of Leases; and (ii) the provisions set forth herein shall operate either as additions to or modifications of the already-extant obligations of the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement, as the context may require. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Supplement and the Servicing Agreement with respect to the 1998-A SUBI, the provisions of this Supplement shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Sold SUBI Servicing Supplement and the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Sold SUBIs, the provisions of this Sold SUBI Servicing Supplement shall prevail.

If the provisions of this 1999-A Servicing Supplement are more exacting or specific than those in the Servicing Agreement or in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this 1999-A Servicing Supplement with respect to the 1999-A SUBI and those of the Servicing Agreement, the provisions of this 1999-A Servicing Supplement shall prevail.
