Service Strategy. ‌ The Contractor shall develop a strategy to serve MHS customers. Starting by performing an assessment of customer needs, industry trends and then DHA’s IT operational and business strategy to grade current services. The Contractor shall receive the existing DAD IO/J-6 Service Catalogs, Service Definition Documents and make recommended improvements. Service Strategy makes the IT organization think and act in a strategic manner.‌
