Service Provider’s Obligations. 2.1. The Service Provider hereby undertakes at all times during its appointment to render any of the Services strictly in accordance with the instructions which the Company may give from time to time, and to use, in rendering such Services, all reasonable efforts to protect and promote the interests of Company.
