Common use of Service Provider Equipment Clause in Contracts

Service Provider Equipment. In the event that the Service Provider supplies the Equipment installed at the premises of Subscriber (in case the Subscriber does not purchase the Equipment), the Equipment shall be used in accordance with the Outlet Agreement stated below and shall remain the property of Service Provider and shall not be transferred, moved or removed from the place of its initial installation. Subscriber shall take proper care of the said Equipment and will not make any alterations or additions thereto. Subscriber shall be liable for any loss or damage to such Equipment installed and received in good order and condition. All Service Provider Equipment shall be returned to Service Provider upon termination of this Agreement or as may be required by Service Provider.
