Service Modifications and Additional Services. Except as otherwise provided in a Work Agreement and, to the extent applicable, subject to Recital F of this Agreement, during the Term, the Parties to a Work Agreement may, in accordance with the procedures specified in this Section 2.1(c): (i) agree in writing to modify the terms and conditions relating to the performance of or payment for a previously agreed-upon Service to reflect, among other things, new procedures, processes or other methods of providing such Service (a “Service Modification”) or (ii) agree in writing upon terms and conditions relating to the provision of services that are in addition to any of the previously agreed-upon Services (an “Additional Service”).
