Service Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this CSA, PingCAP may collect Service Data to develop, support, modify, improve and operate its products and services, including the TiDB Cloud Services. PingCAP may not share any Service Data that includes your Confidential Information with a third party except (a) as permitted by Section 11 or (b) to the extent the Service Data is aggregated or anonymized such that you and your users cannot be identified.
