Service Contract Reporting. If the Agreement is for the performance of services and has a value of $500,000 or more, within five (5) calendar days of HYG’s request, Supplier shall provide the following detailed information to HYG: (i) Subcontract number (including subcontractor name and DUNS number); and (ii) the number of Supplier direct-labor hours expended on the services performed during the previous Government fiscal year. This information will be made available to the public as required by section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2010.
