Service Component. To fulfill the service component ("Service Component") for vesting of some or all of the Stock Units, the Participant must remain continuously employed with the Company from the Grant Date through and including December 31, 2017. Subject only to the limited exceptions set forth below, if the Participant's employment with the Company terminates for any reason prior to December 31, 2017, the Participant will forfeit this Award and the Award will become null and void.
