Common use of Service Company Personnel Clause in Contracts

Service Company Personnel. All non-Provider personnel providing services at any location of the Practice shall be employees of Service Company. Service Company may engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in providing Business Support Services to dental groups, including, but not limited to, an office administrator or administrators, who will be responsible for the day-to-day provision of Business Support Services at the Practice locations pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, subject to Group’s ultimate approval, Service Company shall assist Group in recruiting, retaining and training all non-Provider personnel necessary for the operation of the Practice.
