Service Company Personnel. Service Company shall employ or contract with and provide all necessary personnel it reasonably needs to provide the Services hereunder. Such personnel shall be under the direction, supervision and control of Service Company, and shall be employees of Service Company. Service Company shall be responsible for setting and paying the compensation and providing the fringe benefits of all Service Company personnel.
