Common use of SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS Clause in Contracts

SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PARTS. (a) At Buyer’s request, Seller will sell to Buyer the Products of this Purchase Order for production parts or components necessary to fulfill Buyer’s service parts requirements to its customer for such Products at the prices specified in the Purchase Order plus any actual cost differential for packaging.

(a) At If requested by Buyer’s request, Seller will sell to Buyer the Products of this Purchase Order all goods necessary for production parts or components necessary Buyer to fulfill Buyer’s and its Customers’ service and replacement parts requirements to its customer for such Products at the production prices specified in under the Purchase Order Contract plus any the actual net cost differential for required unique packaging, shipping and handling.
