SERVICE AND NOTIFICATION. 33.1. The Cardholder hereby irrevocably consents to the service of any notice or statement hereunder by prepaid ordinary post to the last known address of the Cardholder in AEON Credit's records and such service shall be deemed effective on the seventh (7th) day after posting. Notice may also be given to the Cardholder via e-mail and shall be deemed served upon confirmation of delivery.
