SERVICE ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS. The Contractor will establish and implement mechanisms to ensure that network providers comply with the access and timely appointment availability requirements set forth herein. The Contractor will monitor access and availability standards of the network to determine compliance and take corrective action if there is a failure to comply. The Contractor agrees to comply with any requests for data from the EOHHS’ External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) in the conduct of any access-related focused studies.
