Server. Customer may purchase one or more computer servers (each a “Server”) from Illumina, which Server will contain the DRAGEN Card and DRAGEN Software, as applicable. Any Server purchased by Customer from Illumina includes the OEM manufacturer’s terms and conditions specific to the Server and such terms are incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference and will apply solely with respect to the Server. Any purchase order issued by Customer for a Server shall be non-cancellable and each such order is subject to acceptance by Illumina either in writing or by shipping the Server to Customer.
