Common use of Server Room Clause in Contracts

Server Room. Developer shall provide one computer server room (100 square feet) that 33 has limited and controlled access and is locked via security card access. The server 34 room must be accessible via hallway entry not sharing any walls with the exterior of the 35 building and must have no windows, a non-static floor covering, and at least three 36 dedicated isolated ground 20-amp power circuits and one dedicated isolated ground 37 30-amp circuit.
